Dr. Boris Cicmil received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2013 and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Towson University in 2010.
As a Physical Therapist he has worked with athletes of all ages from youth sports to professional and Olympic athletes. Dr. Boris treated professional soccer players and coached competitive swimming for 19 years.
Since 2013, he has been successfully treating not only athletes and active adults, but also post-surgical, MVA, and geriatric cases. Dr. Boris is committed to providing each patient with the treatment plan that best suits them, which will allow them to overcome their physical barriers and help them transition from injury to recovery by providing hands-on-quality treatment.
He uses the most up to date evidence-based practice to relieve pain, restore function, and enhance patient’s quality of life.
Dr. Boris is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist and Certified Dry Needling Therapist. He has been performing dry needling for muscle, joint, and nerve pain since 2015. He has also received extensive training in joint mobilizations and manipulations, soft tissue mobilizations, and is a Certified Clinical Instructor.
